The purpose of creation of this site, IS NEITHER mirroring the original MAME Titles site, NOR creating a similar one.
The purpose of creation of this site, is strictly setting up some http download mirrors, so MAME users can easily download these files on their computers, without delays and download servers overloading.
As an alternate way to download them, there are always available, as a torrent file as well.
(http download is an easy and fast way to downloading files, while torrent download is more convenient if you're already using a torrent client and don't want to pause it, for making bandwidth available to your browser. Torrent download is also better (for big files) if you're not using an http download manager).
If you're familiar with torrent clients AND you have a really fast broadband connection, you may want to become a seader for it, as well (but you don't have to).

* Just a note for free RapidShare users:
if you download the 1st file and have to wait a long time for downloading the 2nd one, if you're a customer of a big ISP (with many customers) and you're behind a dynamic IP (most of us are), just disconnect from internet, wait ~30sec (for getting a new IP) and try again.
